The school offers an excellent education, using expert fully qualified teachers, in a modern well equipped environment. Our aim, using a combination of Kenyan and Western teaching methods, is to give children the necessary skills to cope with life and to do well at KCPE, KCSE and university. Without an excellent primary education, entry into a good high school is not possible. Osiligi Obaya is the first step in this process.

The school is owned by a Not-For-Profit Kenyan Foundation (Osiligi Charity Foundation). The objects of the foundation are to support the community around the school on a not for profit basis. The directors of this foundation and the school governors are Daniel Sasine Sankale, Lesinko Kaiseyie, Tajeu Ole Minisa, Roger Pannell and Helen Pannell. Tajeu Minisa has kindly granted a land lease to the Foundation until 2047.
